Post Training Support (PTS)

Post Training Support (PTS) is unique offering from TechEnzyme. We understand that every trainee has specific objectives and goals from the training and their needs can very well go beyond the training program to tackle and battle the real life scenarios.  

What is it?

Majority of the workplaces do not provide the conducive environment where you can take the help of your colleagues because they are normally judgmental, or they are too busy. Moreover non-discreetness from them can prove costly where your impression on your higher-ups could be of someone who is dependent and incompetent. Here our PTS acts like your help line, where experienced mentors, people who provided you training help you getting support in terms of information and guidance through phone, email or in-person depending on the case, confidentially and totally discreetly. We don’t care who is taking the credits, actually we are in your team wanting you to successfully deliver and perform at the actual client site, taking all the credit. This not only helps in saving your job or in longer continuity of your project but provides you opportunities to offer solutions and ideas at your current workplace making yourself valuable and impressive in your employer’s or client’s eyes.

Eligibility

This is a privilege for only those who have gone through complete training program of our Company.  

Pricing

The technical support or PTS is provided at 50% of the regular consulting price making it extremely affordable for anyone. For our most popular Java/J2EE, .NET or Oracle support, the PTS price is $39.00/hr (half of our regular consulting charges of $79.00/hr). 

How it works?

  1. The implementation of our concept is very simple. You will share your needs with your trainer or any right person in TechEnzyme. Depending on your inputs they will communicate to you the time estimate in hours.

  2. They will email you copying it to Training@TechEnzyme.com and you confirm to the time estimate by sending the email replying that you agree to it. E.g. if the total support time is 10 hours which you are agreeable the total price is 10*$39.00 = $390.00.

  3. You send a check of 50% amount in favor of “TechEnzyme, Inc”, mailing it to our corporate address. We are flexible and if it is an in-person support where either you are coming to meet the actual person providing you support or that person is reaching you, you can hand-over the check to TechEnzyme representative. On the receipt of check, support will be provided. On finishing up the tasks you mail the remaining 50% amount in the similar manner.

  4. Phone support time can be added with the same hourly rate. The minimum rounding is half an hour. So even if the telephonic support actually is for 15 minutes, the price of 50% of the hourly charge say $19.00 for half an hour support is charged. You can send the check of 100% agreed total price in one shot also saving your time and efforts of sending it twice. In case of your dissatisfaction we can mail you the 50% check in case of your full payment in the beginning.

  5. You can always have credits in hours where you have prepaid the support and you can avail it whenever you need.
