- $500.00 Cash Referral
Award: For any qualified referral
resource/resume, that gets placed through our
company and stays with the company for at least
3 months. Forward the resume to our common id:
career@techenzyme.com.
- $1000.00 Cash Referral
Award: For any qualified lead or for
every requirement, which you forward to our common
mailbox consulting@techenzyme.com and gets closed
by us, and after receiving the first check from
the client.
- $2000.00 Cash Referral
Award: For a complete lead plus resource
placement with no effort and participation of
the Company’s people and resources but
needs TechEnzyme to have all the contracts and
wants to utilize TechEnzyme benefits and take
care of payroll etc, after receiving the first
check of the raised invoice to that client.
- Training: 5% of the revenue from the training
course fee for every trainee who completes the
TechEnzyme training successfully.
- Company products:
5% of the revenue of every company product sold
through you, accumulated and paid quarterly.
- Projects: 5% of the revenue of every project you bring to
the company, after receiving the first check from that
particular client.
- Alliance/partner company products & services: 10% of what we
are getting from our alliance/partner companies e.g.
selling HP hardware and CA software through TechEnzyme
partner ids/website.
Keep 95% billing program:
If somebody has a project and wants
to switch over for the sake of higher returns, not
being happy with the company the way they manage
or the way they treat people, we welcome those independent
individuals and they can keep 95% of their billing.
On top of that they can make extra money by our Referral
Program.
