Before Interview:

2. Consultant Information and Skills Summary Form

Face-to-Face Interview Instructions:

1. Be very professionally dressed with dark colored business suit, impressive tie, and black polished shoes with dark colored socks.

2. Reach at least half an hour earlier at interview site. Some offices have security checks, keep some buffer time for such formalities.

3. Do not discuss any hourly rates, work authorization status or other such non-technical details with interviewer. Pass such questions mentioning that they can get such details from TechEnzyme representative.

After Interview:

1. Interview Feedback Form

After Selection:

1. Employment Eligibility Verification (Mandatory): I-9 Form
2. To withhold the correct Federal Income Tax (Mandatory): W-4 Form
