Programs
The TechEnzyme Internship Programs,
in which interns will have the opportunities to meet their peers and be welcomed by company leaders. Interns will assist managers with project-based, short-term assignments that give students a feeling of accomplishment and a sense of what it means to make a personal impact.
Internship / Practical Training Programs:
TechEnzyme, Inc. currently offers following programs for interns, freshers and trainees:

FIRST (Future Interest Recognition Success Test).

PILOT (Proactive Intensive Leadership Opportunity & Training).

FORCE (Futuristic Opportunity of Real-time Company Experience).
The application process is as follows:

Application: Email your resume/CV with your areas of interest, any relevant work you have done theoretically or practically and goals to accomplish from the program.

Interview: You will be telephonically interviewed followed up with a face-to-face interaction. Selection confirmation happens at this stage.

Written project plans with timeline: The internship duration will be broken down with tasks to make you accomplish your projects in systematic planned manner.
Intern activities include:

Independent real life project to work on.

Relevant instructions and trainings.
-
Setting up the work environment.
-
Providing the necessary tools such as workstation etc.
-
Mentoring by experienced seniors.

A possible client visit experience.
-
Participation in Company’s skills building seminars & other corporate activities.
Completion:
-
At the successful completion of program the interns will be given the certificate with the possible opportunity of job in the Company.

To allow interns to truly experience the future job, performance appraisals and exit interviews will also be conducted. This will allow an honest exchange of feedback, both to the intern regarding contribution to the business and from the intern regarding manager direction and team assistance with specific projects.

At the end of program, each intern will present to peers, co-workers and senior leaders their successes and overall accomplishments from their assignments.
